More than five years ago, after a corporate burnout, I began my journey with plant medicine, confronting long-held narratives that no longer served me. That initial, life-altering reframe opened a new perspective on how I engage with myself and the world.

Now, I’m on the path to holding space for others as they unlock their own potential. My focus is on harm reduction, emphasizing that preparation and a safe space are key to transformation.
