Tristan V. Esquivez (initiated as Xiuhtonal Ecahuillotl Yaotl) is a ICF-Certified Coach, Mexica Medicine Carrier, and Ceremonial Guide — and the founder of HEAL4REAL, a modern men's healing platform exploring what it truly means to heal today.

Initiated into the Mexica Medicine path through Kalpulli Teocalli Ollin in Los Angeles, Tristan carries the teachings of NAUI OLLIN — the four-direction system of Mexica ancestral cosmology — and blends them with ICF-certified coaching, somatic practice, and nervous system healing. His journey into men's work was born from the initiations of his own relationships — what cracked him open, called him deeper, and inspired him to break generational cycles and pass those teachings forward.

He has spent years building community as Head of Community at Quantum Wellness Spa, within Kalpulli Teocalli Ollin and through his own platform HEAL4REAL — where men gather to explore modern-day healing and brotherhood. He guides men through the UNSHAKABLE 12-Week Men's Healing Experience, works with select men in 1:1 coaching containers, and hosts the HEAL4REAL Podcast.
